Career Journey
After engineering college, Adrian began in industrial sales, moved into operations consulting, and eventually built a boutique advisory practice that helps family-run businesses professionalize without losing their culture. He now mentors younger founders and serves on two nonprofit boards focused on education and entrepreneurship.
School Memories
He still laughs about monsoon football on the school grounds, the strict but unforgettable mathematics classes, and the annual day rehearsals that always ran longer than anyone expected. His fondest memories are of the easy camaraderie after class and the certainty that school friends would show up for one another.
